This 2 day introductory course will introduce you to the self care practice of Jin Shin TARA to nourish your nervous system and body, manage stress and support the resolution
of shock and trauma. It is easy to learn and apply.
We will be learning the 26 sacred sites of the body, which when accessed through
touch, dialogue and presence can promote healing and wellbeing. These
