We will be learning the 26 sacred sites of the body, which when accessed through
touch, dialogue and presence can promote healing and wellbeing. These
applications have an emerging evidence base, supporting their efficacy and value in
modern healthcare and everyday life as a sustainable healthcare tool.
This course is ideal for you if:
- you are experiencing stress in your life and need some easy to use tools to promote
body awareness and self regulation
- you have had a history of traumatic life experience and wish to develop a self care
practice to support your healing journey
- you are curious about how compassionate touch can help balance and integrate
the nervous system and body/mind wellbeing.
When: 21/22 July 2018, 10 – 5pm each day
