Understand the neuroscience and neuropsychology of trauma and shock, differentiate them from each other, and see what their true origins are. This awakening will rock your world and rebalance you for a climate changing future so that you can be an unprecedented leader for these times.

This will be an experiential program that includes a didactic dissertation on human development followed by lively dialogue and somatic experience.

If you are a psychotherapist, somatic practitioner and/or bodyworker (massage, cranial, etc.), a healthcare provider, an energy medicine practitioner, a community leader, parent, grandparent, family member or someone who facilitates groups, this program will provide you with:

  1. A clear picture of the physiological ramifications of experiences that breach the window of tolerance for the human nervous system;

  2. Remedies for the fragmenting disorganization that sometimes results from shock and trauma;

  3. An understanding of the different ways that sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system dominance plays out when the nervous system is overloaded;

  4. How the body expresses its responses to shock and trauma through physical symptoms, relational dynamics, structural challenges and spiritual states;

  5. A clear, embodied experience of finding alignment and how you can return to it no matter what happens outside you; and

  6. How it is possible to know the origins of particular stressors and how to respond differently to them.
