This course introduces you to a map of the body and sites you can easily locate and touch to signal nervous system reorganization in the direction of healthy balance. The self-care applications are intended to provide a regular practice of boosting vitality, enhancing memory and mental acuity, supporting rapid recovery from injuries and addressing both chronic and acute conditions. Especially beneficial for fatigue, burnout, depletion, injuries, structural restrictions and overall energy, this learning is open to everyone. Applications for children and animal companions are included.
