The CLIMATE CHANGE & CONSCIOUSNESS: OUR LEGACY FOR THE EARTH conference is an intergenerational, international and multi-cultural event that will be held at the iconic Findhorn Foundation in Scotland, April 20-26, 2019. The goal of this unprecedented gathering is to create the atmosphere in which an emergent conversation can develop among those committed to resilience and stewardship in the face of climate change. Environmental scientists and activists like Bill McKibben, Naomi Klein, Charles Eisenstein and Christina Figueres will collaborate with artists, writers, parents and educators to explore deeply into the core issues that have caused the crisis in climate change. This education will lead to the essential conversation about cultivating the resilience that will allow us to thrive in our changed world. Our goal is to ignite an action plan for networks and sustainable communities to create sanctuaries that will support humanity, including children now and the children of the future.
During the event, we will awaken a passionate spirit of creativity and resilience for our love of Mother Earth and for our children and the children of the future. Through interactive, embodied and experiential dynamics, participants will access intelligent and innovative constructs to meet the demands of this new world. Each individual will be invited to invoke their Legacy for the Earth. And when all our roles are combined we will represent a global mission of stewardship. This conference will be a sizeable life-raft for humanity!
