Nothing is more effective than self-care. It is both the beginning and the end of all learning about energy medicine healing.

Self-care is life-saving and life-transforming. It is also pain-relieving and comforting. It relaxes the primitive brain, allowing higher intelligence to engage naturally.

EMPOWERING THE HEALER WITHIN
It was my own healing journey that initially led me to the TARA Approach. As my health improved through using the TARA Approach I began to understand how the nervous system overload I had experienced early in my life impacted my capacity for health. As my nervous system healed, my overall health improved exponentially. After experiencing the results of the TARA Approach first hand, I immersed myself in the study and self-care practice of the TARA Approach. The TARA Approach has been a core piece of my personal and professional practice ever since and is integral to Tensegrity Center for Integrative Health and Counseling.

Tensegrity Center for Integrative Health and Counseling is a safe place for individuals, children, infants, and families to come to resolve the impacts of shock and trauma. In addition to resolving the lasting impacts of shock and trauma, Deborah is passionate about her work with families who are considering getting pregnant, are pregnant, or have a newborn preventing early shock and trauma from occurring. Deborah works with all aspects of emotional trauma, physical trauma, PTSD, neurodevelopmental disorders, autism, chronic illness and disease, relationship, and transition issues.

In addition to Deborah's practice, Tensegrity Center, in Seattle, Washington, Deborah travels to Oklahoma City, OK for treatment, consultation, and classes. Deborah is also available to teach TARA Approach Self-Care, Level 1, and Level 2 trainings within the US as well as internationally.

Eloise is eager to guide you toward awareness of your natural inner rhythms and help you re-connect with your inherent body wisdom to self-heal. By teaching you the subtle energy medicine techniques of TARA Approach Self-Care, she can empower you to use your hands, compassionate awareness and focus intention to achieve the following goals:

1. Relief of painful symptoms
2. Increased immune function
3. Release of old destructive thought patterns and habits
4. Resolution of emotional wounds
