Shipping Costs and Methods
We use a 'Flat Rate' Shipping method, shipping is $8.10 per order for our standard service (ANY size order, 7-10 days transit time).
Shipping charges for international orders will be assessed at the actual shipping charge incurred. These will not be shown in the checkout process; the total cost will be sent via email upon order processing.
Order Processing
At The TARA Approach, we know your order is important to you, and we give each and every one our utmost attention. Orders are most often shipped the same day they are placed (m-f), if received before 12pm Mountain Time. If received after this, they are usually shipped the next business day. If for any reason there will be a delay of more than one business day in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Payment Methods
You may pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. If you would like to pay by personal check or money order, please do not use the online order process - instead, call in your order. We will process your order immediately upon receipt of payment (there may be a short waiting period for clearance of a personal check).
Returns The TARA Approach offers a 'no hassle' returns policy. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full and immediate refund. Simply contact us via email or phone for instructions, or return your purchase to us with whatever service you like with a note including your return request.
